I’m having a problem with stock and waiting for some products to come through, and I don’t want customer ordering items which I don’t have. How do I disable orders?

Close storefront button on the bottom right corner of admin
catalog/products/ hide or disable the products you dont have

Just set the in stock quantity of the products to 0 and make sure you don’t allow for backorders.
ive decided to disable it so now its showing the maintenance sign. But how can I modify this sign to my email address there?
create a new or modify the original “store_closed.html” file in your root to whatever you want.
