My question is, if I buy a $ 285 license, is it forever?

It is a lifetime use license. Software updates are available for 1-year and technical support is available for a limited time through CSC Tech Support.

I can always upgrade the product
Or I can only upgrade in a year?
As far as i know you can upgrade for a year after purchase.
You can use it forever but will not be able to upgrade beyond a year unless you pay.
People who bought it a year and a half ago or longer have a different terms of use. They get free upgrades for life.
Haven’t looked into it but how much is an upgrade after a year?

And after a year how much would you pay to renew the license? On the web is not explained anything

It’s $89/year for updates after the first year. Support is ridiculously expensive after your initial 40 support credits are exhausted

Is there anywhere on the web page you specify to keep the annual license.
You can not find anything, just put $ 285 but does not say whether forever or only for the first year.

Where can I find this documentation? I would be interested in knowing for sure 
I bought my licence nearly 2 years ago and my account does not state lifetime updates.

If you bought your license prior to June 16, 2008 this would be the case. All licenses purchased on or after this date you have a yearly license renewal. The page that had these dates is no longer an active page but I went back to the email they sent out informing license owners of the change.
