We are glad to announce the second beta release of CS-Cart v2.1.2 Multi-Vendor.

The main changes introduced to the functionality since the post about the first beta release was submitted:
A new functionality: “Apply for a vendor account”. You can find the settings of this functionality in the administrator area: Administration → Settings → Vendors.
The “Apply for a vendor account” link was added to the ‘my account’ block on the storefront.
Now users can apply for a vendor account.
The administrator can see new request after logging in (as in the product predmodaration add-on).
After changing the status of a vendor, vendors will receive notification emails.
Also, the ‘vendor’ select box above the main menu tabs has been improved. Now it works using quick search.

Boy I’ll be glad when you guys finish this multi vendor stuff…then maybe you’ll quit neglecting your core product…2.1.? It’s like production has stopped over this multi thing. Any progress on 2.1.2 non-multi cart?

2.1.2. Professional will be released simultaneously with Multi-Vendor in early november.
Hi if payment options will be select by admin is soo good. Because I am giving advance with the manufacturer, but the customer pays the credit card option. payment option will be more useful if it can be selected depending on the product. This applies to all the cs-cart. Thanks.
