Oooops, I am in trouble, need your help desperately please.



We are processing the order offline. We set the Transaction Type to ‘Authorize only’. I am not sure it caueses it or not, but the credit card information is not visible. Only the last four digits are shown while others with xxxxxxx. The cc information must be saved in the database. Could you please let me know how to retrieve the cc information?

I think it should be in this database table ‘cscart_user_profiles’

Thanks for the reply, Indy. That is right. There is a field named Credit_Cards, but it is empty. Is it deleted? How come? What do i do to save it?

Thanks for the tip, but I do not see any checkbox to untick. I have only a button named ‘Remove CC info’. I clicked it, but no change. What am i missing?

Admin Panel>Orders Tab>Order Statuses>

Uncheck “Remove CC Info” from the “Orders” > “Order Statuses” section for the order status your orders end up with after “Authorize” processing.

I assume that there is no way to retrieve the cc info already processed with that option checked. Right?
