I'm trying to acces to admin zone in my new store backend with url /admin.php but the following message appears:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "index.tpl" in ~/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

moreover during the setup process the fields for the skins set up ther is no confirmation text,

all my dir is chmod 777;nontheless no index.tpl created

do you have a solution please?

the index.tpl file should already be there, have you checked to make sure it was uploaded within your templates dir?
