Hi I just did a new install and now i am getting this error. Does anybody know the problem?

I reported this as a bug the other day. You can try the fix CS-Cart gave. You can see the bug at http://forum.cs-cart...ew&vbug_id=2042

It did not resolve the problem. Any other suggestion?
