image loading

Can anyone think of why I cannot get images to load successfully?

I use the “local” setting then browse to the folder where the image is located, select it then save the changes. All I get is the dreaded red X.

i had a similar issue and it was a bug, based on permissions.



Contact the helpdesk it maybe the same issue, and they released a fix for it.

I went ahead and opened a ticket but there has been no response.

I’m a little confused…OK alot confused…We built the initial page with very little issue, images loaded just fine and have had some successful transactions, all is good. Round 2 of loading products and I can’t load images???

What gives?
