what is cc_outside.tpl ?

I’m wondering what is cc_outside.tpl in payment setting section.



Is it for internation credit card customer?

As far as i can see, that template is automaticly set whenever you use a payment option that takes a customer away from your page to complete a payment. Like paypal, or ideal.



Just like cc.tpl is used for “on site” credit card processing.

You would only choose to use this if you setup a credit card payment type of which you were going to gather the card details so that you could manually process the transaction at a later time. You would not choose this for realtime credit card processing gateways.

This option does not show any fields in which a customer can enter credit card information. How does it work?
