I have successfully installed live help files on my server and entered my CS cart install info in the client application.
When I go to make a connection it asks for user name and password... Is that for the FTP login or is that for the CS cart admin. I am lost

I actually didn't see the tab at the top of the admin panel, very nice.
I now am wondering if there is any way to post links in chat reply's.
For example if I wanted to link to a product I think someone should buy.

Ended up going with OGGchat since it will work with Gtalk, and now I can monitor chats on my phone. Kinda pricey at 120 bucks a year, but hopefully it makes me more than that.
