I am in search for the cheapest/affordable, best and most reliable Payment Gateway for Cs-Cart compatability. Does anybody have any good suggestions?

PS: Usually you state that I want most cheap one with my monthly turnaround of $35,000 or so. There are different processors and they cater to customers with different throughput. While one processor will have better fees for $50,000+, another will have for $30,000+ or so.
I have had a great experience with CDG Commerce so far. They use quantum gateway and have code for cs-cart.
I usually have the funds in my local bank account within 2-3 business days.
