I switched our site to a Hostgator Level 3 VPS w/ WHM/Cpanel about 3 months ago and so far they have been excellent, appears we will be staying with them for quite some time. There are several others here on the CS forums that also speak quite highly of them.
If you value your business, don’t go with some fly by night operation to save a few bucks a month…
And, I agree with Texas that their forum appears a bit “shady”, 1st host forum I have ever seen with 100% customer satisfaction!

I too feel the same
I have had a site on Arvixe for several years. I have been really pleased until now. Having fits trying to get CS-Cart configured and so far Arvixe is not “anxious” to help. My “customer satisfaction” is falling by the hour.
most worst service… before purchase there representative gave wrong information to me… and after purchase I realized it after long time… till then my all excitement was destroyed… no refund… they gave…
Now I have taken miles web hosting they are giving much better service than arvix …
My suggestion dont go with arvixe…
