Upgrade 2.0.10 - 2.0.11+ Rate Topic   - - - - -

I am trying to upgrade from Upgrade 2.0.10 - 2.0.11 but when I look files changed it has 2 files I clicked " Mark as resolved" but nothing changes I still can't upgrade.

Is there something else I need to do I am ok with the changes as I have a backup already I want to get up to the current version but I can't get past this step.

Check to see that your configuration file is writable.. CS-Cart will want to change it to reflect the new version after you do an upgrade.

When you say "you can't upgrade", specifically, what errors are you seeing?
When an upgrade happens, your prior release files are copied to a directory within the var/backup directory structure (by upgrade). When you view the "local modifications", the utility compares was was backed up to what is installed. If there are conflicts, you need to resolve them manually in the new file.

This should ensure that a backup always succeeds because it is using all new files (for those files that changed).

Please advise the specific error messages or problems you are encountering.
