Cs-cart form is something to laugh at. Just look at my bug reports. I also had to make my own form without cs-cart code.

I did not do it as addon, however, to save time.



As someone submits the info, it gets recorded in my database and emails me. There is also my custom back end that allows me to sort through info and approve/deny applications.
