Hi Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make the additional thumbnails under product go horizontally instead of in a block.

Do you have a specific product that has multiple images, or are you currently hiding them?

I think you can but you have to clear right block and put the new block with previews below everything. However, if right with options will ever be long, then the previews will be far below…
Exactly, it will give better appearance for the rest of page below.
