Anyone know how I can add the below image to my check-out page. Or just a section where the customer can click as an option. Doesn’t necessarily have the be a box.
have you thought about making an item like this and keep it hidden. And then go in to your admin/design/blocks and create a block for the checkout page. You can add this product to the checkout page where they can have the option of adding it to the cart. Just an idea.
Of you can even add a shipping option for this too.
