Great product! Still, I can come up with some stuff that I would like to see:
A way to customize or change the layout of the shop from within the admin panel. For example create a standard skin of only html, and offer the option of changing colors and related aspects from within the admin.
Improved support for international users. For example easy removal of (US) states related stuff from the admin. Many countries don’t have states, so this option will not be used.
Improved support for international tax systems. Many countries have several tax rates, based on type of clients and type of products, instead of destination based taxes like in the US.
Ability to sell digital items and downloads
Import/export function for orders and users, to Excel or csv.
Detailed statistics reports on user and client behavior.
Addition of a thumbnail generator that automatically creates thumbnails and standard sized pictures from 1 uploaded default pic.
Full language support for product and category descriptions. So if a visitor chooses another language in the shop, all descriptions will be in that language.
It would also be nice to see some kind of reseller or affiliate program, additional templates/skins, and information on the plans you guys have for next versions.
Some of the features you posted are already schedulled to be implemented with the new CS-Cart releases.

Yes, I see the downloads option now. I didn’t notice the possibility of translating article descriptions, becasue they are all in English in the Spanish demo version… But I think there is some error in the demo. When you create an article description in the Spanish interface, it shows up in the English shop instead of the Spanish one…
I have found what’s wrong: The “Select description language” switch on article and category level does not work. Only the “Select language” switch on root level (in the top right corner) works. That’s why I thought I got mixed up descriptions.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you are selling goods online you probably know how annoying the problem of returns maybe if you’ve get to deal with it often.
