Cash Payment

I have a paypal payment and cash payment. When a user selects pay by cash on pickup we don’t get an email to say order has been made, and the status is open in the admin panel… If user orders and pays by paypa the order comes through fine and status is processed… Any idea’s what we have done qrong? This has only happened since upgrading.

For the ‘Open’ status in Orders->Order statuses, make sure ‘Notify orders department’ is cheecked.

Do you use C.O.D. payment method?
