Mailer Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address

Does anyone know what might be causing this error? It pops up in the error notification box when an order is being placed. The order is still placed successfully, however.

Make sure you have an email address in admin/settings/company/ order dept email address

Same here when mailing somwhere in the end.

Looks like I've found the possible reason.

In the table cscart_subscribers i had an address ###ika–st###@#####.ru. The hyfen has a strage char code and actually is not a normal hyphen. Replaced the subscriber's address. Will report on the result of next mailing: planned next week.
