IMHO CS-Cart needs to abandon the live help feature and instead spend that time developing a less buggy shopping cart!

The live help feature is probably going to be buggy as well and time intensive to develop. Leave this feature to 3rd parties!

That was at least 3-4 Cents

Besides, it is almost finished, why toss in the towel & waste all of the past efforts already put into this.

It does work for me without any problems and makes a difference to my shop.
I'm Number 1, so why try harder?

Agreed. Even the version 1.3.4 version worked for me at the time.

Actually, Live Help is developed by outsourced developers, so we're completely focused on the software quality now.

A few things to add or change...

1. Ability to exclude certain IPs within Live Help, so if we browse our own website while assisting customers, a notification sound or pop-up won't appear. If there are support operators on the same website [ours] browsing it while helping people, sometimes, LH loses connection and the next second, it pops-up with 3 exactly the same IPs. No need for it.

2. Ability to ban IP [I do not want millions of $$$ from Nigeria]

3. Have Awaiting for Chat sound rings for ever until answered
4. Change "Leave message" to "Leave a message"
5. To have auto-login within LH Client for Operators
6. To have an SSL communication enabled
7. Block it from opening more than one instance.

8. Have it in pink ;)
