Unfortunatelly, Live Help is not included into the final package because of instability. But when we finish the final testing, it'll be available for all CS-Cart users for free (as a part of CS-Cart).

so zeke, that means its included in the upcoming update as well?
i need to know this for my personal schedule. (plus i really did count on this feature.....)

No probléme on the demonstration, I have to download the 1.3.4, decompress with winrar and I am currently I make a new installation.

Cs cart 1.3.4 is really excellent !

this may sound like a silly question but when the updater is release will it be just as clean to upgrade from .3 to .4 as it would be to do a fresh install? i spent days configuring and entering data on .3 and it would be a shame if i had to re-do everything.

i need to know whether i am going to built in a support-system myself
or wait for one to come out. the same goes for the mod-team's add-ons, we are waiting for these as well anxiously.

so is it better to do a fresh install and spend 4 days re-doing everything or will the upgrade script be clean so i can upgrade from .3 and have my database and u.i. in tact???

i am still confused on this but i do not want to make the wrong decision when upgrading.

true, my store is supposed to be open nov 15th so i am chomping a little at the bit (so to speak)
