Is this available to present license holders and if so does it come through the upgrade link or another way.

Hi all,

Just bought a license after lurking this forum for a couple of months! I can tell it is very frustrating not being able to read all forums and post. I needed the 1.3.4 release to get my projects going and currenly waiting for them to wake up and give me my license. ;)

I didn't want to order because you only get 1 month of support and I didn't want to use that up waiting for the next release.

So far I love where this cart development wise is going and I hope it will stay that way. Too bad I didn't get a license when it was cheaper but I can't complain. It's still good money for the value and I rather see the company survive than dissapear.

However I wish there would be more interaction from the CS crew on the forums to general questions and small problems.

Anyway, first post.
Marketing tip:

Did you know a targeted e-mail marketing campaign can bring conversion rates up to 3.9%? By using reliable e-mail marketing software you can upsell to existing customers on a tight budget. If you are not using e-mail marketing you are missing out big time. I recommend and use Aweber.

I noticed that the Livehelp folder was in RC4 but not barcodes folder

But in Final release, the Barcodes folder is present but Livehelp is not.

Was there a mistake in excluding Livehelp it in final release, or was that particular feature not yet ready for release?

It seems like you extracted CS-Cart package using Winzip. Unfortunatelly, Winzip extracts "tgz" packages wrongly. Please use WinRAR archiver (you can download it here: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar36b8.exe) to easily manage .rar, .tgz and .zip file.

Unfortunatelly, Live Help is not included into the final package because of instability. But when we finish the final testing, it'll be available for all CS-Cart users for free (as a part of CS-Cart).

Is an upgrade script forthcoming for 1.3.3 users or will we have to install 1.3.4 and re-do modifications?

Can you reproduce the same problem on our demo (demo.cs-cart.com)?
