I am trying to insert thumbnail pics of products. To make my pics look the same i am trying to resize all pics to 192 x 192.

Even though i have these as setting for thumbnails

Create thumbnails from detailed images automatically YES
Product thumbnail width 192
Category thumbnail width 192
Thumbnail format same as source
JPEG format quality (0-100) 100

It still reverts to 85 x 85 for some reason.

Any ideas.

Try setting thumbnail image format to GIF as thumbs can only be made from GIF's.

I am having issues with this as well.
Here are the settings I have set:

Automatic thumbnail creation is ENABLED
Thumbnails will be created from detailed image with 120 px width if thumbnail field is empty
Format of thumbnail image is GIF

So I have all of my detailed nice pictures. Now I want cscart to use those for detailed images and change them to gif file with I guess 120 px. Maybe smaller but when I look at the settings to change the 120 px. it only shows change width. Is it going to change the height?

So anyway I have my detailed images pointing to the correct directory and nothing chosen for thumbnail image because cscart is going to change my detailed into a gif file, make it smaller, and use it as the thumbnail right?
Well thats not working. All Im getting is "No Image Available"

Maybe I am just confused by what it says:
"Thumbnails will be created from detailed image with 120 px width if thumbnail field is empty."

Mine are JPG's.
Marketing tip:

Did you know a targeted e-mail marketing campaign can bring conversion rates up to 3.9%? By using reliable e-mail marketing software you can upsell to existing customers on a tight budget. If you are not using e-mail marketing you are missing out big time. I recommend and use Aweber.
