Maybe this is a question I should direct to CS-Cart direct, but can anyone let me know how long you get “free” upgrades for.
I purchased CS-Cart 1.3.5 in January 2009 and I have had version 2.0.11 in my file area since it was released, which I have installed on my home computer to have a play around with, with the intention of upgrading once most of the bugs in version 2 are fixed.
Now I hear version 2.0.12 is out but it isn’t in my file downloads area and my free upgrade period has now expired.
As version 2.0.12 is fixing a lot of bugs that were in previous versions, I would have thought this upgrade would be free as well.
Can anyone enlighten me??

So are you saying that, even though my upgrades up to version 2.0.11 have been included with the amount I paid for version 1.3.5, if I want to upgrade to 2.0.12 I will have to pay extra?

In addition, CS-Cart license holders have full access to new versions of CS-Cart free of charge for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In order to extend this access, license holders can purchase a one-year upgrade subscription plan.

Sorry to see the coupon and tax issue wasn’t addressed in this version but I’m happ to see this one in there:
[!] Catalog promotions were not applied to the product with modifiers and zero price. Fixed.
Of course, I’m getting ready to launch 2.0.8 on Feb. 1 and don’t anticipate upgrading right away so won’t get to enjoy the above fix for a while.

Bummer, Im at the office so havent checked what the upgrade fixed yet but thats sad to know. the tax issue is the biggest issue for me atm.
