CyberLNC Problems (cont'd)

My website which is hosted by cyberlnc is offline yet again. This has happened on numerous occasions over the past several months. FWIW, I notice cyberlnc.com is usually down when I am down. It seems many other users on this forum are experiencing similar problems.

I hope that this thread is permitted to remain active as many of us were first referred to CyberLNC through members of this forum.

Checked… and dead for me also. Nothing there.

It will remain active as long as it stays on track.

If its not the original posters site, it would be nice to know so we don’t assume or make inappropriate, misleading remarks.

Sorry…my comment was not needed, as its outside of the Thread purpose, reported the post instead.

cyberlnc.com is the host not the user’s site.

ECB1 stated that cyberlnc’s site was down at the same time that their site was so Noman just checked CyberLNC’s site to see if it was a problem for everyone or just ECB1.

There wasn’t anything misleading or inappropriate there at all.

I suggest you post a ticket to the CyberLNC support area, no point posting something like this on youtube and complain you don’t get a response.

The original thread was lock as it was full of off-topic posts. As mentioned in the old thread, you were encouraged to make another thread where required.

Network alert logs on CyberLNC site have the same …

Server named “xq42” was rebooted around the same time as your post

with a downtime of around 4 to 5 minutes looks like

It’s been over 48 hours now with no access to my admin, cpanel, shopfront and cyberlnc.com

BTW EVERYTHING else is fine ( ie all other USA web sites are fine )

When I did get through to cyberlnc ( once ) and raised a ticket the remedy was not forthcoming.

Sorry guys but that’s it for me.

Please note that you’re not allowed to complain about Cyberxxx here or anywhere else otherwise, certain people will PROVE [!} you’re wrong and everything was in perfect order.

This is what I think after reading some posts and answers regarding their service.
