What does it mean when you get an ACCESS DENIED ERROR?

You can find the error at http://www.controlfr....com/screen.jpg

Ok.. What is it exactly that you would need in order to give me an idea of what to tell the customer? There are several errors that tell a programmer exactly what is wrong with an application so I'm not sure what you're talking about with your athletes foot comment. My client sent that error over to me.. What exactly would you need to know in order to diagnose the issue?

It's funny that you need more than that error to diagnose the problem.. because I just typed that error into a search engine and found that several other people have had the exact same issue.. http://forum.cs-cart...hread.php?t=172.

People here are just trying to help. You only sent a screen shot of a problem. Give us a URL so we can check it out.

Does it happen on every page or just home page, Have you added any mods to the cart, does this happen all the time, what version of cs cart are you using, how long has this been going on for?

This referring link you posted is not the same problem.

You see what I mean. We would love to help just need you to help us help you.

Will help when I can! Is it a simple permissions issue?

Next time manners will get you further, when I ask for more information I'm for a intelligent reason.

Onto your problem; You SQL user does not have permission to create temporary tables within the Database, I will presume that you are using the "Hot Deals Block" or something similar in that area via blocks or banners.

Ask your host to allow the SQL user relative to your store be allowed to "create temporary tables"

J.

Make sure you have the correct directory permission on the download folder &/or make sure that the timeout to access the files (hours) is valid.

Looks simply like you just have an issue with the downloadable product (options related to them)
