I've downloaded the .gz and uploaded the extracted file to the root of me CS installation but when I go to add-ons it's not in the list. Any pointers?
Thanks,
Tom

You need to put the live help folders into their respective directories in the server directories:

live_help/addons/live_help ==> /addons
var/skins_repository/base/admin/addons/live_help ==> var/skins_repository/base/admin/addons
var/skins_repository/base/customer/addons/live_help ==> var/skins_repository/base/customer/addons
var/skins_repository/base/mail/addons/live_help ==> var/skins_repository/base/mail/addons

Hmm, I don't get any folders when I do the extraction. Maybe it doesn't like 7-zip. What should the file structure look like after extraction?
Thanks,
Tom

The LiveHelp ZIP creates a folder called Live Help. In there are folders Addons and Var.. Inside Addons is Live_Help

Its a little embedded .. might be easier to unzip it on your local computer and FTP it the correct folders by hand.

Thanks for the help. It was the IE download problem, I keep forgetting about it. Downloaded with Firefox and it's all good.

It looks nice so far, just missing a few features.
Thanks,
Tom

Good old Internet Explorer. You gotta hate it.
