Beta version of Live Help add-on is available

Greetings,

We would like to announce the release of Live Help (beta version) module for CS-Cart.

It allows tracking your store visitors’ behavior and communicating with them in real time.

Please, refer to our blog post for more information and installation details.

Thank you for your attention!

Just checked. Works well even on 2.07. Can it be minimized to tray?

Not working with my shop. It installs right, shows up at admin, but I don’t see the visitors neither do they see me… Permissions are set to 755 on all files and I followed every instruction, but I still don’t see any visitors. Is it possible that Live Help doesn’t work with 2.0.6?

Hi, we use LiveZilla (free), it’s very good and stable with many functions like SSL support, Archive, Visitors Tracking, etc.

Indy, the whole point is that many of us CS-Cart users do not want to hassle with a 3rd party addon, we want it to be a standard feature of CS-Cart (just like it was several releases back)… Do You Get It ?

Thank you for bringing this back!

Works great. I have submited some small ideas to the bug tracker.

And now we just await the Mac client.

Bob

Be happy to see the Mac version too please!!!

I think a great addition to the Live Help app would be some sort of audio notification when a person is requesting a chat… Perhaps even make the live Help tab in the taskbar flash when there is a new request

Is there going to be a Mac Version?

Yeah… just so I can confirm.

Is it true that the leave a message button doesn’t actually allow you to leave a message by design?

I tried modifying the code to allow the function to be called to leave a message through the chat interface and it gives me a form to fill out and then goes to 404.

I want to make sure this is by design (i.e. that the addon is incomplete) and not just a misconfigure on my part.

Thanks.

Another vote for a Mac version.

OSX version! +1!

I installed the add on

I downloaded the client

I tried to set up the client and the test connection works

I checked off http auth and didn’t(not sure what to put here) but either way

I try to connect and get an auth error.

Side note:how does this play out on my site…where is the link to live help showing up? I have a different skin that the base…will this only work with base?
