When the customer pays with credit card via PayPal Pro, CS-Cart doesn’t send the shipping address to PayPal, only the order number. Providing the shipping address to PayPal is a must do feature because PayPal places a “Ship Now” button next to each payment receive. Currently, when you click the Ship Now button, no address is provided and you must manually enter it. This is a real pain since I use PayPal for creating the mailing labels with postage affixed.
Hi Larry, I made a mod that can print shipping labels from the admin panel just like paypal does, it got broken with v1.3.3 but I’m waiting for v1.3.4 to go stable and will have it ready again, check your PM…

With PayPal, you can make USPS mailing labels with postage. Does your mod do something like “Click-n-Ship” which I use daily?
no my mod is a simple one and only prints a shipping label…I like things the old fashioned way where you can get out and about and go to the post office…walking down the block to get a hot chocolate ect…I’ve never been bothered about getting out of the shop and office, plus I get to charge customers more accurately for shipping & handling when I go to the post office 
maybe CS can make the checkout process send the shipping data to paypal so you can use the shipping features of paypal.

Sorry to bring up such an old topic, but does this issue still exist with 1.3.4? If so, I’m majorly bummed out. This is a HUGE issue. If I have to enter the addresses manually, I’ll be wasting a ton of time.
If this is still an issue, is anyone who uses PayPal Pro willing to chip in to have CS rectify this? I have no idea what the cost would be, but I can’t imagine it would require a huge modification.
Bump. Does anyone have any ideas on this? It appears that it would be a fairly simple fix within payments/cc_processors/paypal_pro.php, but I have no idea where to start. I’m amazed that more people using PayPal Pro aren’t complaining about this.
Bump Again??? I am also VERY interested in getting this resolved. For those who are not following this thread, CS-Cart is not forwarding the SHIPPING address to PayPal when using PayPal / PayPal Pro.
If the address IS forwarded properly, you can print a shipping label WITH postage right from PayPal. This is INCREDIBLY convenient, especially since we ship primarily through USPS.
ANYONE? DEVELOPERS…ARE YOU THERE? I need to get this fixed. Paying for a MOD is a nightmare…as soon as you need to upgrade to the next version. I don’t know how OLD my version is…but risk too much being lost to just upgrade over and over and over again for little gain.
THIS would be worth the risk for me.
