Just working on our new site and i’m not sure whats happened but on the home page the central content block is duplicated.

I have also attached a screen grab of the admin block area to show how it appears in there. As the central content block can’t be deleted I guess its in the database, I have had a poke around in the database but can’t seem to find the problem.
It only affects the home page, all other pages are fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated…
