Analytics not working!

As indicated in Knowledge Base:

  1. Log in to your administration panel.
  2. Enable the Google Analytics addon on the Addons page (the link to this page is in the ADMINISTRATION sidebox).
  3. Click on the Google Analytics tab.
  4. Enter the Google Analytics account number into the Tracking code option.
  5. Click on the Update button.



    Done it.

    But when logging in at Google Analytics, it says “no tracking code installed”.



    This is how I did setup on CS-Cart admin backend:







    Any suggestion? :confused:

Have you copy the google code “.js” script on index.tpl ?

If I paste the .js tracking code it will return a blank page and the store will not load at all.

I have one question for it, why you must include the code from analytics, because you have the analytics addon on cscart. Or other question for what you need the addon if you must put the code from analytics by hand in the tpl.???



i have write my UA number in the addon, and i see the ua number in the sourcecode from the shop.

I dont understand the whole problem. I am false, in the actually version of cs-.cart analytics works correct if i have setup the addon in cs-cart.
