Can anyone tell me how to enable any of these modules. I have an account with fedex, ups, usps, and put all the information in and still cant seem to get it working.

Did you set up fedex in your shipping settings on the upper right hand menu in your admin? You have to retrieve your meter number. Make sure you enter US for the country not USA or United States. And make sure all the rest of your information is EXACTLY how it is in your fedex account, test mode is unchecked.
