You Don't Have Permission To Access /admin.php On This Server

I get this error when i configure Brand from Features.When i go to delete a default brand and add my it shows me this.I get this problem only there.(for the moment)Help Please. CS-CART 4.1.4

It can be because you use a free CS-Cart version or a trial one. Is it so? Or do you have a licensed version installed?
