I’ve read all the posts and KB articles and still can’t get my shipping options to show up in the shopping cart. I’ve probably spent 6 hours on this and its killing me.
I do not have suppliers installed.
I have 2 localizations - USA and Worldwide

I have 3 locations and my default location is disabled - USA/CA , USA/Not CA, and Not USA

I have several shipping methods, but all are disabled except UPS Ground while I try to get this working.
UPS Ground
All products and categories are assigned correctly and showing up, I just can’t see my shipping options. In a perfect world, I don’t want my users to have to choose USA/Worldwide while shopping, I’d just like to have both US and International ship options in the same localization.
Can anyone help?
