Nice job on the site.
You may want to take the address information off your “settings >> general” and then go down to “default location” and make the address fields blank. We just found it on our site again. Right now when I go to your site and add something to the shopping cart it shows that the shipping cost is “$5.93” but then when I put in my state and zip it wants to charge me $9.39. So basically when the customer goes to check out the shipping cost will change and then the customer will think you are trying to trick them or rip them off.
It was reported as a bug here…

…but CS does not seem to think it is a bug. Others have created this “work around” and just accept it. I think CS-Cart should fix it.

Try this:
Within the Default Location Area (which serves only as a default destination address for calculating shipping & taxes),
- Fill nothing more than the Country Field (Determined as your main customer base target country)
The default location fields are mostly useful for testing realtime shipping rate calculations, other than that, too much granular detail entered within these fields will cause the problems mentioned as in displaying shipping/tax rates too soon which in actuality are in no way applicable to what your visitors will actually pay after entering their correct destination addresses.
And put the Stang image back up, reminded me of the good old days wrenching on my 1966 2+2 with a 351 Cleveland shoehorned under the hood (yes, it was quite non-typical)!
Thanks Struck! I actually got it fixed again, I just have to hope when employees are helping me do things they don't decide to “fill in the blanks” again.
In this post I was just letting christbti know that their website still has the default location filled in so it is going to confuse their customers.
