Shipping charges for U.S.P.S. comes up 10.20 for priority small package. This should be 4.99. Somewhere additional charges are being added on. I have searched and cannot find where this comes from. I haven't added anything on the product charges and I haven't added any surcharges to the credit cards. Can anyone tell me where else can I look to correct this?
