"Write a Review" link for customers?

Is there a way to send a link to a customer requesting a review (testimonial) without sending them to the testimonials page and telling them to scroll down and hit the write a review button? Trying to make it simple for the customer and I can’t seem to find a simple solution. If I copy the link from the “write a review” button it is long and gives a 404 error. But if I click on the button I get the review pop-up.

Please check our add-on. It has the needed notification type.
