Hi, I would like to edit header and footer by html codes. In which folder I can find index page. Because Design->Layout is not so helpful.

Hello!

There are different blocks in header and footer, you can disable/enable them on the Design/layout page or add your own HTML block.

I dont want to use Design->Layout. Which files I need to edit from FTP?
