Hello i want to change the wish list in the products page from being a text to being a button but i can't find where the code is in the css.

The common template for all buttons is used here. Just play with the parameters which are passed to the design\themes\THEME\templates\buttons\button.tpl file in the following template:
design\themes\THEME\templates\addons\wishlist\views\wishlist\components\add_to_wishlist.tpl
