Wishlist Disappeared

Has this every happened to any of you ?

Customer says his wishlist disappeared ?

I personally think Cs-cart's wishlist is sub standard and above all why is it tied to session ?

Yes they are registered customers

Is there a way to reproduce this issue?

When the last time his wishlist was updated? Possibly the time difference exceeded session storage time

You would think that for a registered user, that session storage time would not be used and that the wishlist would be persistent since it's tied to an user versus a session.

We have multiple customers experiencing this issue. Does anyone know what causes a user's wishlist to disappear? It's extremely frustrating to the customer.
