Four thumbs up again for the crew at Cyberlnc hosting.
I know that CS-Cart is generally slow loading but is there any ‘tuning’ that can be done ( must be ‘Tuning for Dummies’ ).
Is the script calling up all the add ons every time a page loads or what ?

There’s a few things that can have you running your site faster, since you’re already on the same server that I am I can provide a few tips.
Pass me an email if you’ld like them, I’ld rather not post them here as some people think it works for everyone, then ask for support (no can do)

Hi Jesse, from my observation, why the ones hosted by CyberLNC is slow? Can you list some sites that are hosted by CyberLNC? For now I am looking for a good cs-cart hosting.

I’ve just updated my prior post, my website is still 40kb lighter than silverbest buy. Page weigh is added for modules that aren’t used.
In practise 100kb loads twice as quick than cs-cart’s demo but it’s also relative to how many mods, skin mods, hacks and external javascripting that’s in place.
Those of us on 1.5Mb connections won’t see any difference, that said, sit on a 56k modem and you’ll notice the difference. Put into place high bandwidth applications available and your page load it can change dramatically.
Everyone else feel free to benchmark. It’s best we all use the same site as we’ll be able to maintain consistancy.
There are many things you can do to improve the loading times not only for cs-cart but for any site. Optimize your images and you can save bandwidth and server times, load your images from the file system and not the datatbase, optimize your scripts at [url]http://www.xmlforasp.net/JSCompressor.aspx[/url] and optimize your .css at [url]http://www.cleancss.com/[/url].
