Why Does John Doe Keep Appearing?

CS-Cart v4.15.1.SP2
Trying to configure my check out but can't get rid of John Doe.
Is this a usual occurrence in CS-Cart ?
How can I lay him to rest ( somewhere else ) ?

I found some occurrences and deleted them but it didn't seem to help.

Cleared cache etc. No good.

Maybe I didn't flush hard enough...lol

All John Does now gone this morning.
