I created a shipping option called in-store pickup, and it charges a penny. Why? I can’t figure it out. I have made the weight 0.00 to 0.00, and tried adding an item to the cart that was zero pounds and the option appears but it costs a penny. I have also made any of the regular UPS options, Ground, etc, 1.00 pound minimum. I believe the weight is right, but the fee is off. How can I fix this?

Try making it weight more than 0 = 0.00 and more than 0.01 = 0.00 and set the general range to 0 to 0.01
Could you please tell me where specifically you put these settings in the shipping methods tab - under ‘General’ or under ‘Shipping Charges’

Under shipping charges! In the method for store pick up, also under general tab set the range the same and make sure none of your other methods are set to this range ie set them 0.02 minimum!
