Bought CS-Cart last January form bluelab for 220 and received support from them (even a courtesy phone call seeing if I needed any help!) as well as, 30 day money back, plus 15 days support ticket. I know CS has support credits now but just to answer in short…you have access to all cs support features including the help desk. At least you did last January. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. Really the only difference will be the free support credit/days length.
I think Indy007 would take care of ya…free installation…sounds pretty good just as long as you get full access to CS help desk along with CS support as well…should you need it.
Not trying to promote one service over another but just trying to help. I needed the same help last year and everyone was helpful so passing along some general insight on this particular topic.

I am not sure that I understand the connection between this form and the CS cart help desk file area which has updates security fixes and old files etc I do not see all that here on the forum.

It’s so simple… Customers who buy a license from us, will buy the newest version of CSC, and e.g. after 5 years if they want reinstall the old version(???), then they will get one. Of course, it’s no problem to serve all fixies and upgrades on our servers, but it’s not necessary at the moment.

In general I agree with you but business is good and being interested in business is very good - smiling.
Having a small discount on the purchase of CS Cart is good but not as important as good service.
Lets move away from talking about Indy for a moment.
If I could order CS Cart from someone who is a native speaker of English who would stay on top of what is happening with new upgrades and offer expert advice in English.
I am tired of having to read emails and posts from CS Cart more than once to be sure that I understand them. And I am tired of their rudeness and constantly coding buggy software.
But I still like CS Cart and think that it is a good value and has a good future. So a reseller that takes care of many of the headaches could be very valuable and I might pay more than the CS Cart price to the right reseller.
Thanks for your help. I’m trying out a trial version now to see how well i get on with it. Few problems installing, adding products etc but only day 1 so still lots more testing to do. i’ll most probably buy from indy0077 once i’m happy.
I guess the only other problem buying from a reseller is if they go bust whats the position then?
I was also reading around to see that updates only last a year now. so wonderd hypertherocally if someone bought a second hand licence when updates were forever you’d have free updates forever.
Just as an aside, why cant i post any new threads (i’m have a question about importing) and cant reply to any posts in any other threads as well. I just cant do much in this forum (apart from leave a message here maybe)

I saw some post last weeks which show that the owner of license can't be transfer.
A poster wish to sell his lifetime license but the agreement prohibit him to do that.
Do I right? If yes then how is the situation in reseller?

Yes, you are right. According to our License Agreement, the license owner has no right to “sell, transfer, obligate, license, sublicense, rent, lease, give for temporary use, yield or convey (by selling, exchanging, giving as a gift, by law, or in any other way) the Program, any of its copies (or any of its parts), Licenses and other rights to them, partially or in full, to a third party without a prior written consent of the Company.”
As for the resellers, only the existing owners of commercial CS-Cart licenses (Professional and Multi-Vendor) registered as a company or a sole proprietor can join the team of authorized resellers on the conditions of our Reseller program.

I am confusing. You are completing your reseller with your service although your price is higher. Is that true? Why you need reseller? I seldom see main service provider complete with reseller…
