Wholesale Discount But Not Over Certain Quantity Discount

I have a wholesale user group that gets 30% off a whole category.

Some of the products in the category have qty discount price breaks of 10-50 100. I have applied a 30% discount to the products but don't want the wholesale usergroup to get 30% discount from the 100 qty rate

Im struggling to mix and match the qty discounts and promotions to acheive this, any one ?

Set up two User Groups - "Retail" and "Wholesale" (Customers > user Groups)

On the Product's "Quantity Discount" tab set the User Group to "Retail"
