I have been working on the checkout page (index.php?dispatch=checkout.checkout), but do not know which file that I should change to redesign the layout for the bottom part of the ‘payment method’ step.
The specific area I want to change is where the textarea box, $lang.text_customer_notes, agree to terms and conditions, and the place order is.
