Where to enter SEO / Meta data for home page ?

I can not find where to enter Home page meta data like title, etc. in 2.1.4 or 2.2.1.

I know I entered Meta data for site & homeage in a prior version, but can not find where to edit it in 2.1.4 or 2.2.1.

Anyone know where it is now ?

next to the link will be a little text-box icon

click the icon to edit the settings.
