where is list without option full location?

/skins/YOURSKIN/customer/views/categories/custom_templates/products_without_options.tpl sets which items are displayed. The format itself is in /skins/YOURSKIN/customer/blocks/list_templates/products_list.tpl.
If you wanted a completely custome appearance, you could probably make another template in /skins/YOURSKIN/customer/blocks/list_templates/ and then change the include in skins/YOURSKIN/customer/views/categories/custom_templates/products_without_options.tpl
