Where Is Defined The Anchor Links Format?

Hi

I would like to change the format of the anchor links on my site.
Current one is too fine (I need bold), color is too soft (need something more visible), and may be underlined.
Where should I go to change it up ?

What links do you mean? Please provide us with screenshots.

Have you tried to change look and feel settings in the Theme editor?

Yes, it was so simple...but this has changed all the links; ok, dosn't matter.

Note that you can add custom CSS styles to the CSS section of the theme editor
