I was looking for a 404 error file, but I couldn’t find any.

Do you guys know Where it is located?

Hello saxdude,



You need to view the “exception.tpl” file, located in the “skins/[CUSTOMER_ACTIVE_SKIN]/customer” directory (where [CUSTOMER_ACTIVE_SKIN] is your active customer skin).
