I recently upgraded one of my sites from a pre 2.1 state all the way through to the latest version. My colleague is trying to add products, but has found that our options have disappeared. How can I get them back?
The site sells cassettes, CDs, and DVDs, so we had an option defined so that people could choose the format they prefer. All existing products still show those optons, but this is not available when adding a new product. I’m assuming it has something to do with upgrading. Any help greatly appreciated.
When I go to the Optons tab, it just says “No items defined.”
